Returns & Refunds
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Since many of our products are fulfilled through Amazon, the easiest way to manage your return is directly through your Amazon 'Your Orders' page. For items purchased directly from Cali Top Shop, please contact jimm@calitopshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
